The Aerolyte System of paint stripping uses metered propulsion of plastic particles which are directed at low pressures toward the painted substrate. The velocity and angular shape of the plastic media results in breakdown and removal of the paint to effect a cleaned surface. Because the process is operator controlled and sight-oriented, selective layer-by-layer paint removal is possible.

Our parts finishing batch processing machines, which include both continuous and indexing turntable machines, are ideal for parts requiring long blast cycles. In the typical work scenario, the operator loads work pieces onto the turntable, sets the timer, starts the machine and returns when the cycle is completed. The Pro-Finish® Ergo System cabinets offer standard cabinet sizes from 2636 through 6060, with either a suction or pressure system. They get their name from extra ergonomic features such as: a recessed front panel for leg room; adjustable arm rests; and an adjustable and movable foot stand with foot treadle. The system also has a top entry blast hose with a single blast station.
